After graduating from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and gaining business experience, I served as president of two public environmental companies, both regarded as the technical leaders in their respective fields. I also served as the chairman or CEO of several startups, and recently retired as an outside director of a high tech aviation training enterprise. In addition, I served for fifteen years as a trustee of the famed Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. These life experiences exposed me to both best-available engineering practices and cutting-edge scientific methods. I love seeking new knowledge and searching for the elusive truth. Living with my wife Janice near Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I now write nonfiction, fiction, and screenplays.
